Making the Felt Road. 

11am - 1pm 

Work on the Felt road (potholes and speed bumps included).

We will experiment with stitch and form to make a three-dimensional sculptural object representing the ‘Felt Road’. This collaborative work will be displayed at Convergence. We anticipate that we will be working on this piece in a number of sessions over the coming months. 

Bring:

• scraps of felt
  
• sewing threads
  
• sewing kit
  

There is no additional charge for skillshare activities at general meetings. Just pay your usual $5 for attending the General Meeting. It would help if you can register for the meeting+skillshare so that we get an idea of how many people will be participating.

Cost is $5 which includes the lucky door prize (remember to get a ticket when you sign the attendance book). The fee is to help cover the room hire costs.

Registration is optional but makes it easy to pay. Payment can be done online when you register or by paying the invoice online or by direct deposit. You can also register and pay using the Wild Apricot Members app.

Another option is to just turn up and pay on the day.
